Subject: Something that triggers your dispair
I haven't had any ADCs lately either. This is not on topic but, I just have to ask if anyone has ever experienced this. The other day my son (whom has the same name as his father and works for the same company)received a call from someone who thought he was my husband. I think he may have transferred to another state and just got back. Here he was probably so excited to find the phone number in the company directory and a chance to catch up with my husband. (It had been many years.) And then my son had to break the bad news that the number was his, not his dad's and that he had passed away. When my son told me this I was so choked up I couldn't even speak. For some reason this hit me so very hard, even though it has been 2 1/2 years. The thought that in someone's mind my husband was still alive to them and their bubble was burst. I dread so much running into someone that does not know and having to tell them. I do not know why this tears me up inside more than anything else. It is like reliving the whole thing all over again. I was just wondering if any of you had something that tramatically affects you regarding your passed loved one?
