For me, everything triggers despair. There is not a day that goes by that something doesnt remind me of my husband. The very house I live in reminds me, cars driving down the street that look like his, the very town I live in.
Yesterday I was at the car wash and started crying. There are places that I refuse to go to anymore because it's all too much.
