I had a laptop screen display of my deceased partner in a form of three orbs floating simultaneously, amongst the colourful clouds into the clouds they were in.
It was sudden, when I stepped away from the laptop, but as it kept going I took a video of it, had to press exit to stop, no other buttons worked.

By the way we agreed to blink three lights if one dies before other.
