I'm amazed how many folks don't realize that there are TWELVE days of Christmas.....The 25th is only the FIRST day. The Twelfth has always been when the Wise Men came, Jan. 6th. (We don't take down decorations until the day after.)
I had a childhood friend who's family viewed the 25th as a day to attend church to honor Jesus's Birthday and they exchanged gifts on Twelfth Night, ie. Epiphany. (It gave them some extra days to shop AND catch all the sales! LOL)
