Originally, I had called the shelter to meet a young dog, named "Marvin". He was a similar mix as my Idgy. It turned out that "Marvin" was on Hold with a previous possible adopter. BUT the gal said there was ANOTHER young dog -- same type of mixed breed. He'd come in as a stray and they hadn't named him.......So I agreed to see him last Friday.
MEANWHILE, my intuitive friend, wrote me and told me she "saw" a mixed breed like Idgy named "Blue"....She also saw another who was different, but she couldn't tell me a name or a description. Fine....so I went to the appointment.
I walk in and am told that the dog I came to see had been re-claimed by his owners! HIS NAME WAS BLUE.
(The lady looked at me oddly because I think my mouth dropped open.)
So.... I do believe the Universe is indeed trying to tell me something.... Now I just need to figure out WHAT!!! |
