Hi Nancy, and welcome.
I totally understand your feeling since your husband passed for I have developed anxiety since my husband passed also.

I truly believe its because we have our loved one by our side through all trials and tribulations as well as good times, and all of a sudden they are no longer here in the physical. I imagine you are feeling so alone and lost for that is how I feel also. Its going on the 4th year for me so I am learning to adjust. Its not an easy thing Nancy but I promise you will get through this.

I dont know If your husband was ill or passed suddenly but all I know is for whatever reason our husbands went Home first. Maybe your husband could not have been as strong as you if you had passed first. I know you probably feel that you dont know if you can get through the rest of your life without him but you will. God has a plan and He knows what He is doing.

Nancy, just take one day at a time and do the best to get through it and know your beloved husband is close, talk to him, he hears you and sees you and he would want for you to find peace with his passing and to learn to live with the now normal that you are facing. Stay strong, find peace and trust that all will be okay. I am sorry for your loss. Love and Blessings, Josie
