| Has anyone had this type of ADC? I have been meditating off and on for several months. The first time for 20 minutes not opening my eyes once.....which is difficult for me. It took some time but eventually I was able to see my sons face just appear to me while my eyes are closed. I sometimes see his profile then his full face but at a different age etc. This morning for the first time he was laughing and smiling from ear to ear. It’s the first time I’ve experienced him moving. I feel so fortunate to connect with him. Has anyone else had this type of experience? |
