What an inspiring site. I have lost many of my close family members throughout my childhood, and have had a few ADC's. My father died when I was 15. My parents had divorced when I was 2 and I was not that close to me dad, and felt alot of guilt about mt feelings after his passing. One night in a dream I heard his voice as clearly as anything- it felt almost as if he was phoning me. He said to me :"Don't worry darling... I am in a kind of Disneyland, but this time I don't have to pay to see Mickey Mouse." A strange comment but it was very healing for me. Another time, when out at a cottage, I was thinking about my gran whom i lost 8 years ago who was literally my life- I loved her so much. I was crying, and thinking about how she had deserted me since I no longer felt her presence with me. At that moment, I looked into the water and the word "gran" was written three times in the crashing waives. Unbelievable but true, although at times I regretably start doubting my ADC's. Anyway, I am enjoying reading everybody's messages. I find them very comforting and reassuring. To the guest Ms. Butterfly who signed Feb 10th- James van Praagh has been a great inspiration to me too. I believe somebody from the afterworld led me to him when I uncharacteristically turned on the television at 2 in the morning and saw him on a retelevised talk show. I am a nurse, and recently one of our staff died tragically. She 'visited' four of us with the same message that she was fine and very happy. She was wearing the same thing in all of our 'visions'. The site is very comforting and interesting and gives one hope.

I think I must have one of the most romantic "ghosts" looking after me. Not only do I find flowers on the pavement (sidewalk) appear in front of me, I have had at least a dozen hearts appear in different guises over the past few months - since I wrote on this site on September 19th. I light the candles on a Friday night and a heart has been burned into the table on which I put them. Also, the little glass jar which contained the yahzeit candle that I lit on his anniversary had the letter "T" (the first initial of his surname) and the outline of two lips on it. I think he must know that I have been romantically challenged all my life -there's always another girl who gets the guy I like (this happens again and again) and he's giving me some sort of comfort. Whatever, it's really cool, though I have to hold on to my sanity and realise that I need a relationship with someone who is alive. I pray that he will lead me to that person. This is truly a blessing!To have this available to all of us who if like me thought we were alone with this need to reach out to our departed love ones.I have many that I have felt around me and have communicated to me in many ways.Many times I thought that I was losing my mind!My family & friends can not seem to understand when I tell them about my experiences.I lost my mom when I was 16 yrs.old,tragically,that was 32yrs ago.Yet she comes to me often.I also know she was there for my brother when he crossed over.Which comforts me greatly.I only wish that I could have this validated by someone of John Edward's caliber.I have read all of the comments in this guest book and hope you find the peace of mind that you seek.I will definitely be reading HELLO FROM HEAVEN!

i bought your book for some peace after my 17 year old son stewart died 3 days after his birthday for no apparent reason in his sleep reading this has helped me to realize that he will be reaching out to me and i know that it has been him from time to time, i feel that i am not crazy

My grandfather past twelve years ago, and my grandmother said she saw him about a month after the funeral. He came through the door, and he told her he was alright. She asked him why he couldn't take her along with him. She said his reply was that he wasn't there to take her. He was just there to tell her that she would be alright too. (and she is). We will always love and miss him dearly, but one day we'll see him again.
