I have just read the book 'Hello From Heaven' and found it so uplifting. I've never had an ADC but so good to read of the peoples experiences.

I have read 'Hello from Heaven' I also had a ADC in May 1995. Both of my children, had chicken pox. They were 2 years ofl and 3 months old. My Grandmother came to me while I was asleep, it was her spirit. She was communicating telepathically with me, I did not see a physical form at all, only a bright light and felt her spirit. She said " you are doing fine Heather, everythings going to be alright, I have to go back now" then I woke up. I had chills and was a little startled. I told my sister and she said she did not think it was Grandma, but maybe an angel who was trying to comfort me but I know different. It was my Grandmother. People don't understand these things until they happen to them. My son recently took his own life. He was 21. The paramedic said he asked for Gods forgiveness. he was still alive when she arrived to the scene. He died after I came to hospital and told him I forgave him and he could go home if thats what he wanted. He knew he was loved. He made a bad choice but I know is with my Grandmother now. I told him he does not need to come visit me because I know he is fine and we will be fine as well. I want him to rest now.

Quite and interesting book read about it in a psychology text when I was studying for my major at university..lovely novel
