Hi Holly,Happy New Year to you. I don't think we ever get over losing a loved one we just do our best to get use to the new normal. My belief is our loved ones want us to do our best to move forward and learn to live again.They are close and always will be and their love for us is as strong if not stronger then when they were on earth.
Keep the faith,journal all those wonderful signs that your loved ones have sent you an believe that our loved ones live on just in a different dimension. Its okay to cry even years later,I believe we all have those moments from time to time when something will trigger a memory for that brief time the pain comes back full force but then it eases again. Can you imagine living in that pain constantly? I cant,our Lord is good,he helps us to cope as best we can. Take care and I wish you well. love,Josie |
