| Thank you I felt I had no choice-- when I went one day last week the little boys grandpa the one who raised him from birth to 7 yrs old was seated across the aisle from me looking so sad and broken- then I felt like I would come back another day and let the defendant know these are some of the things you are... anyways I will just try to calm down and remember the boy is at rest now and thank God the jury did convict him two weeks ago on both counts ( first degree murder and the special circumstance of torture) so now it's just a question of what punishment he jury will give him |
