Hi Stu,interesting,not sure if you were actually astral traveling or not but from my understanding we all do it but we just don't remember. I feel for sure it was a sign from your friend who you thought so much of,she saw the chance to enter to say hello and she did. I think that is awesome.If this was a true visit from your friend (which I think it was) you will remember this for a very long time and it sounds like it felt so real to you.
