Yes actually I have had to do this before. I was lucky enough to have one of our friends (neighbor) tell me how to do it. This one was more challenging and it was so hot outside, I got frustrated. After some "Mickey Mousing," I got it pretty secure. I probably will have to do it in a couple of other places where the post is loose. The cement part is pretty simple. After you dig the hole and put the post in you add a bag of dry cement in and add water. They make a cement especially for this and hardens quickly.
