Kris, I am so sorry for this terrible pain you have had to go through. There are many ways our loved ones connect with us. I find for myself that if I quiet my mind from the everyday noise of the physical world I am more opened to receive and notice the signs that are sent. Soft music, sitting quietly in nature listening to the birds and other wild life, watching a butterfly, or any way you can think of that will shut out the noise. Sometimes just talking to your loved one can help. Maybe ask for a specific sign. Maybe right before you go to sleep ask for a dream visit. |
