I used to sleep with my boyfriend's ashes for almost a year after his death in 2012. It comforted me. It felt a bit weird to me at the time, but looking back you have to do whatever comforts you when your grieving. I don't think you are weird at all for sleeping with Pete's ashes.
When I first joined the board in 2012, after my beloved boyfriend's suicide, I had a really long name. It was "In Search of Healing." People would shorten in to I.S.O.H. when they'd reply to me so it became a bit of a nickname and I started using it as the actual name as it was a lot easier and quicker to type.
