I was very close to taking my life today. A combination of many things just built up and I had almost no hope left.
I was only chatting with two people via text, both of whom said they did not and would not reach out to anyone else (at my request). I also did not tell them my location. During the span of about one hour, when I was in deep contemplation at the top of a parking garage, three other people reached out to me just to see how I was doing today (including a shaman that my late partner's friend had paid for me to see for three sessions over a month ago). Then two cops came up in their cars from the municipality that I was in. They harassed me enough about what I was doing there that I began to worry about getting arrested. That made me leave the premises.
Do any of you feel that an ADC may come in the form of intervention like this? It was very strange, and a friend thought perhaps it was Diana, my partner, intervening.
