I think that is our loved ones way of encouraging us to live our lives like we used to and not let their being gone influence us to just sit at home and mope. I know I get a "sense" of my husband's approval when I actually go out and do something that resembles living. It is almost like he is pushing me to stop being a homebody. I love that Allen loves you so much he doesn't want you to waste a moment of your precious life in mourning. Such a selfless, generous message!!
