Dear Snapdragon,

Bless your heart! You've had a tough time this last 6 months! So glad you're on the mend, and have a sweet little puppy to keep you and your mom happy!

Yes, it's tough to have allergies to your beloved pets, but as you say, allergy meds help fix the problem. My family has had allergies for years, so even with pets, it's "nothing new, and no big deal" for us to cope with. :)

That IS neat that Milo's birthday is on your special and favorite St. Teresa's date to become a saint. You won't forget that date, will you? :) Maybe your little "Miracle" was a gift sent with love from St. Teresa!

My grandmother had a near death experience in the hospital. Her heart stopped beating, and her spirit floated up to the ceiling of the room. My mother was with her at the time, and she quickly called the nurse's station STAT, and they rushed down with resuscitation equipment. Granny watched the whole thing with doctors and nurses reviving her, then went back down into her body. Yes, that's a very real thing -- the spirit ascending when you pass, and descending again, if you are revived!

Bill and I are doing fine. He continues to feel well, and is still doing part time teaching at Vista College. He teaches half a day for 5 weeks, and is off for 10 weeks. You can't keep a good teacher down! :)

Thanks for your prayers, and I hope you and your mom continue to improve in health. Give your Milo a big hug for me!

Much love,

Teresa
