Kate,Im sorry for the loss of your husband,40 years is a very long time and I know it is not an easy time for you,to have someone by your side to them not being there any longer,it knocks you for a loop and changes so much about your life.I hope you are feeling your husband close and are getting some signs to let you know that he is with you.Please journal because it will help those signs to always be with you and to not fade away. We are here for you and if you feel like sharing we would love to hear and I agree to hear about others signs is very comforting. I have stayed away for quite sometime because I felt somewhat closed off but for the first time I feel my heart is opening again and it feels nice.
